There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

Overeating

Overeating can often inhibit weight loss. Hypnotic suggestions to eliminate overeating can include “You will only eat when hungry”, “You will stop eating when you are full,” and “You have permission to leave food on your plate”.

We can explore the reasons behind your overeating and remove the factors that cause you to overeat. Often people don’t realize why they are overeating and simply identifying the problem with the help of the hypnotist can be a solution.

Emotional eating

We can address the emotional blocks that lead to overeating. We find different way to comfort and reward you without using food. We also have strategies to release the emotional triggers to overeating.

Cravings

Cravings for the wrong types of foods can ruin any diet. The hypnotist will help you to identify which foods are your weaknesses and prevent you from having cravings for this type of food. For example some hypnotic suggestions can include “your body knows which foods are good for you and craves nutritious healthy foods,” “You will only eat sweets for special occasions.”

Healthy Eating

In addition to removing cravings for unhealthy foods, hypnosis can also turn up the desire to make healthier choices. We use hypnotic suggestion to help you to stick to your chosen program with suggestions that encourage you to eat the right amount of healthier foods. These suggestions will be customized based on your goals and desires.

Exercise

Exercise is an important part of losing weight. If you are healthy enough to exercise, we can include suggestions to help you get more active. Some examples of suggestions may include “You will enjoy going to the gym,” “You will walk places whenever possible,” and “You enjoy the way your body feels when you move.” We discuss which suggestions you think will work best for you based on what you are capable of doing.
